Legendary

"Judging people by the college they went to is almost as bad as judging them by their family tree. It’s the dictatorship of the U.S. News & World Report ranking list." (Gail Collins--New York Times)

Damn Ms. Collins can write. There is absolutely classism in our society, and this college reputation nonsense needs to go. I can vouch for its absurdity, having--on more than one occasion--been personally stricken with such a foul attitude.

Pitted against David Brooks, her clever writing drips through the nooks and crannies of his sadly-Neanderthal-esque proclamations. Oh, how I love The Conversation!
